For Money Market Accounts and Savings Accounts, withdrawals are limited in accordance with Federal Banking Regulations. Transfers from a Money Market or Savings Account to another account of the depositor at the same institution or to third parties by pre-authorized, automatic, Internet, or telephone transfer are limited to six per statement cycle (six per month for savings accounts) with no more than three by check, draft, debit card, or similar order to third parties. For Money Market Accounts and Savings Accounts, if activity for a monthly/cycle exceeds these limits, a fee per withdrawal will apply and we may be required to change your account (Money Market/ Savings Account) to one with no withdrawal limits, a non-interest bearing account or to close the account.
