For Money Market Accounts and Savings Accounts, withdrawals are limited in accordance with Federal Banking Regulations. Transfers from a Money Market or Savings Account to another account of the depositor at the same institution or to third parties by pre-authorized, automatic, Internet, or telephone transfer are limited to six per statement cycle (six per month for savings accounts). For Money Market Accounts and Savings Accounts, if activity for a monthly/cycle exceeds this limit, a fee per withdrawal will apply and we may be required to change your account (Money Market/ Savings Account) to one with no withdrawal limits, a non-interest bearing account or to close the account.
