ELIGIBILITY: To participate, you must be a legal U.S. resident and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Directors, officers and employees of StellarOne (the 'Sponsor') and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on or about January 1, 2009, StellarOne clients who enroll in eStatements via their Online Banking account will be automatically entered for a chance to win $500. One winner will be chosen per quarter. Promotion quarters are set by the Sponsor:
- 1st Quarter Promotion: January 1 through March 31
- 2nd Quarter Promotion: April 1 through June 30
- 3rd Quarter Promotion: July 1 through September 30
- 4th Quarter Promotion: October 1 through December 31
The promotion year will end December 31, 2009.
To receive one entry without opening an account, you must complete a promotion entry form, to include, name, home address, and day-time telephone number, available at any StellarOne Financial Center and at www.StellarOne.com. Completed promotion entry form may be dropped off at any StellarOne Financial Center or mailed to StellarOne, Live Green. Win Green. Promotion. P.O. Box 600, Christiansburg, Virginia 24068-0600. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last business day of the current promotion quarter to be eligible. Entries postmarked after that date will be entered into the following quarter's promotion.

PRIZES & ODDS: Prizes will be awarded on a quarterly basis to one winner per quarter. Each winner will receive $500. Odds of winning are subject to the number of entries per promotion quarter. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
A winner will be selected by random drawing from among all valid entries on or about the 5th business day of the month following the promotion quarter-end. Winner will be notified by the Sponsor via telephone on or about the 7th business day. The sponsor will use the telephone number provided on the client's profile housed in the Sponsor's core processing system or the telephone number provided on the promotion form.
WINNERS: Prizes are not transferable and all taxes are the winner's responsibility, as well as any expenses incurred by the winner but not specified as part of the prize.
TO CLAIM A PRIZE: The winner wil be able to claim the prize from the selected Financial Center 5 business days after the initial contact date. The winner will have 15 business days from the initial date of contact to claim prize. In the event no contact can be made, an alternate winner will be randomly drawn for the promotion quarter. Winners must provide proof of age, photo identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. The only accepted types of photo identification are government issued photo identifications, including a valid driver's license or passport. The Sponsor reserves the right to deny awarding the prize if the winner fails to provide satisfactory identification, as determined in the Sponsor's sole discretion. The winner will also be responsible for completing the following forms: [1] Affidavit of Eligibility; [2] Release of Liability; [3] Publicity Release.
GENERAL: By entering, participants agree to the terms of these full Official Rules. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. All federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations apply. The Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for and shall not be liable for [a] lost, incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected, stolen, postage-due or mutiliated entries or mail; [b] failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; [c] inaccurate entry information, whether caused by equipment, programming used in the promotion, human processing error or otherwise; or [d] any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor which may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who the Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this promotion, or is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the promotion or any portion thereof for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right to amend rules of this promotion at anytime. Any changes to the rules will be announced and implemented the following day. Entry information becomes property of the Sponsor and will be properly destroyed after the promotion end date. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry at any time in the event it is determined that the entrant has not complied with these Official Rules.
