Your StellarOne Visa Check Card is the easy way to access your accounts, anywhere you are, whenever you need to! Activating your StellarOne Visa Check Card is quick and easy:
Sign in and save time.
Log into StellarOne Online Banking and select the ATM/Debit Card option under the My Details tab.
Call us.
Call 888.785.5271 and speak with a Client Contact Center Associate to activate your card over the phone. Or use StellarOne’s Telephone Banking (888.381.3629), dial in and select option 3.
At any ATM.
Perform a balance inquiry or withdraw cash at a StellarOne or any ATM – just be sure to enter your PIN. (Note: A non-StellarOne ATM owner may charge you a fee.)
Visit a Financial Center.
Stop by a StellarOne Bank Financial Center and an associate can activate your card and change your PIN.
Protect Your Card
- Sign your new card immediately. Your card is not valid until you sign it.
- Do not write your PIN on your card and never reveal your PIN to anyone.
- Treat your Visa Check Card as you would your credit cards or checkbook.
- Save your receipts! They contain important financial information.
- Be safe at the ATM. Be alert and aware, especially in unfamiliar surroundings or at night.
