Branch Capture/Ck Imaging Team Leader
Job Summary: Lead, coach and develop the work of the Imaging Clerks for StellarOne Corporation.
Essential Functions: Operations- Responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Imaging Clerks by insuring time requirements are met daily. Assures that all pertinent forms are updated as required. Processes reject/repair as deemed necessary. Researches transaction corrections as needed. Trains new imaging clerk employees. Approves all customer and teller corrections. Conducts monthly staff meetings. Adheres to all rules and regulations applicable to this position. Performs other related duties as assigned
Customer Service: Works closely with Deposit Operations in the event of problems. Works closely with Retail for Branch Capture. Maintains a collaborative, cooperative and professional working relationship with all departments in the bank in order to perform the above duties properly.
Leadership: Trains new imaging clerks and keeps current clerks up-to-date on procedures. Explains task and assist with the solution of problems. Responsible for coaching and training of Imaging Clerk staff as needed. Maintains a good rapport with all employees in department as well as those in all other departments.
Performance Goals: Continues to lead and support Reject/Repair Clerks – Provide any training on any new products or enhancements for Branch Capture.
Reporting – Continue to prepare reports for Retain Branch Capture
Performance Reviews – Learn and deliver performance reviews
Customer Services – Ensures Branch Capture system is up and running for Retail Branch Capture can serve their clients
Policy and Procedures – Continue to follow and develop as needed.
Education, Skills and Experience: Required – High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to operate a 10 - key calculator with speed and accuracy. Ability to establish priorities and work in a fast paced environment. Good math skills and dexterity. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, customer service and telephone etiquette skills. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. PC proficiency.
Preferred - Previous supervisory experience with the ability to lead the work of others.
