Loan Builder

Job Objective: Responsible for entry of all loan data into the Banks’ core loan processing system, including but not limited to Commercial, Real Estate, Consumer, Credit Card, Overdraft Protection. Responsible for entering all loan file maintenances and loan monetary transactions. Provide support to lending staff by answering inquires pertaining to loan system transactions which may include intensive research.

Essential Functions:

1. 60 % - Maintain all loan file maintenances, including but not limited to monetary entries, payment reversals, bill record maintenances, charge off entries and fee record changes.

2. 15% - Upload new loans along with loan renewals, change in terms agreements and modifications for Consumer, Commercial and Real Estate loan types.

3. 15% - Provide support to the lending staff with loan system questions; assist with loan system coding scrubs and other loan operations special projects.

4. 10% - Review system generated loan reports for corrections including but not limited to bill record maintenances, home equity lines of credit and ready reserve payment errors and reconcile all Dealer Reserve deposit accounts.

Non-Essential Functions: Performs other duties that may be assigned.

Education, Skills and Experience Required: Previous banking experience and/or accounting experience desired. Excellent organization, telephone etiquette, customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. Ability to work accurately with detailed information. PC proficiency and knowledge of Word and Excel applications.
